Recently I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer that has metastatically advanced to my liver. It came as a surprise when I noticed that I was experiencing some loss of energy and fevers just randomly over the past few months.
Many days I struggle to make it through the day without running out of energy. Others I am doing just fine and feel almost myself. But this fight has just begun and I am ready to take it on as far as I possibly can, and beat it.
I have already begun treatment for it but it is going to be a long road ahead. My life has been turned upside down and my health is my main priority right now. Things are looking positive, but I have had to cancel work and projects that I had lined up for the next several months.
I've teamed up with a wonderful group in Fargo here called Lend A Hand Up whom I have worked with many times in the past. When they found out I was dealing with this, they took me under their wing and have offered to help me by setting up a donation benefit.
You can reach that benefit page by visiting the site https://www.jessecancerfund.com
There you have a choice to either go through Lend An Hand Up and make a donation, or you can go to my new print purchase page and buy a print from me. Either will help me out and I appreciate any help I can get.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and watch the video. I am not looking forward to the next several months, but I am ready to fight. I don't plan on leaving this world any time soon. I have another 40 or 50 years left in me... I just know it.
Thank you for your support. I'll be seeing you around.
